About The Functional Planner Club
A supportive community built for real people who want to plan their lives with intention — not perfection.
What We Do
The Functional Planner Club is a digital membership community dedicated to helping people organize their lives, build better habits, and find meaningful structure through intentional planning. We provide a curated library of over 100 professionally designed digital planners, templates, and inserts — available in PDF, GoodNotes, Notability, and more — so members can plan in whatever way works best for them.
Beyond the products, we've built a vibrant, judgment-free community where planners at every stage can connect, share their setups, find accountability partners, and celebrate wins together. Through our Accountability Pods, Daily Check-In tools, and community challenges, members stay motivated and supported week after week.
Who It's For
The Functional Planner Club is built for anyone who has ever felt overwhelmed by their to-do list, struggled to stay consistent with habits, or wanted a beautiful, practical system to manage their days. Whether you're a busy parent, an entrepreneur, a student, a shift worker, or someone managing ADHD — if you're ready to take control of your time and energy, this community is for you.
We especially welcome those who've tried other planning methods and felt they didn't fit. Functional planning is about adapting your system to your life — not forcing your life into a rigid framework. Our members range from first-time planners to seasoned productivity enthusiasts, and everyone belongs here.
Who Builds It
The Functional Planner Club is built and run by a passionate team of planning enthusiasts and digital product designers who believe that the right tools, paired with the right community, can genuinely change lives. Our team designs every planner with care, listening to member feedback to create products that are both beautiful and deeply useful.
We're a small but dedicated team committed to delivering fresh content every month, hosting live workshops for Master members, and maintaining a space where every member feels seen and supported. Our reseller program also empowers members to turn their love of planning into a source of income by sharing our products with their own communities.
